Job summary

PowerPak Civil & Safety is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Hanover, MD distribution center. You will own end-to-end operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery, leading a lean team while building the center's structure as it grows.

You will work on the floor and in the details, ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate orders and continuous improvement, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Owns outcomes for on-time shipping.
• Comfort managing floor and big picture.
• Experience coordinating deliveries with drivers/3PL.
• Strong organizational skills and inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency with warehouse/inventory systems (WMS/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery.
• Lead a lean team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and accurate orders.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and throughput.
