Job summary

DAP, a division within RPM International Inc., seeks a Warehouse Lead at the Baltimore Distribution Center to supervise bare works, repack areas, and special projects. The role supports the Operations Manager during peak demand and high-volume periods to meet company and customer goals.

You will coordinate projects, manage a temporary workforce, and uphold safety and policy compliance while driving continuous improvement and efficient material flow. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Warehouse Lead or similar role.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
• Stand/walk up to 3 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience with RF gun, shrink wrap machine, CRT, SATO printer, bill of lading printers, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects with guidance; train and manage temporary workforce.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping across all areas of responsibility.
• Ensure e-comm and special orders are prepared and shipped per policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with teams.
• Provide admin support including bills of lading and timesheets.
• Oversee storage of finished goods to maximize space and efficient flow.
• Perform other DC tasks as assigned by management.
