Job summary

Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC is seeking a warehouse leadership professional to join our Baltimore, MD team. You will supervise and train direct reports, assign duties, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong conflict management skills.
Ability to work in temperatures from -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius with PPE.
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shifts, including weekends.
Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train direct reports; provide performance feedback and assign duties.
Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
Plan production schedules and allocate resources; keep time and production records.
Track and report to designated plant personnel.
Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing.
Operate machinery and material handling equipment.
Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across the organization.
Complete assigned projects as instructed.
