Job summary

DAP is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead for our Baltimore Distribution Center. The role leads the bare works area, repack area, small parcel, and special projects to meet company goals.

You will assist during high-volume days and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include project management, safety enforcement, process improvement, and administrative duties such as bills of lading and timesheets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Warehouse Lead role or similar.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for periods up to 3 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to use RF gun, shrink wrap machine, CRT, SATO printer, bill of lading printers, hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects required by the company and customers; train and manage temporary workforce.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to DC policies; maintain housekeeping to an acceptable level.
• Ensure e-comm and special orders are prepared and shipped per policies, with proper paperwork.
