Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC in Baltimore is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide the receiving or shipping function, direct associates, and troubleshoot issues to keep operations flowing efficiently. You will supervise inbound/outbound shipments, support inventory control with cycle counts, and partner with leadership to resolve discrepancies while ensuring accuracy of orders and safety compliance.

The role requires strong process improvement mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience in

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
3+ years of supply chain experience including distribution center, inventory and transportation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping), directing associates and troubleshooting issues.
Assist in supervising inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in inventory control training and execution of cycle counts and physical inventories.
Collaborate with leadership to resolve inventory control discrepancies and report shortages or damages.
Check contents of orders against customer orders and ensure accuracy of shipments.
Inform management of resource allocation issues and participate in safety initiatives.
