Job summary

IDI Insulation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist DC management in efficiently running daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and staff training. You will supervise material handling, support deliveries, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipment deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4+ years in warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support delivering goods to customer sites and coordinate with drivers.
• Receive, put away, and count inventory; assist in cycle counts.
• Maintain safe warehouse conditions and comply with regulations.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff; monitor performance and safety.
• Assist DC management and perform other duties as needed.
