Job summary

Idi-Distributor in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and safety compliance. You will coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and delivery support while training staff and driving performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in a warehouse role, forklift experience, and proficiency with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years experience in warehouse facility preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order processing and fulfillment.
• Support receiving and inventory management activities.
• Maintain safety and compliance in warehouse areas.
• Provide customer service and delivery support as needed.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff.
