Job summary

Idi Insulation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist DC management in efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, deliveries, and inventory maintenance.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, safety training, and staff development while ensuring accuracy, safe handling of loads, and strong customer service, with opportunities to train team and drive results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in receiving, put-away, and inventory counting.
• Maintain safety standards and complete required training.
• Provide customer service and support and fulfill driver duties when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by IDI.
