Responsibilities

• Research discrepancies and communicate findings to Operations Manager.
• Assist with inventory locations and adjustments.
• Identify damaged or missing product.
• Support unloading of inbound trucks.
• Verify incoming quantities and conditions.
• Ensure products are staged in proper warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for inbound receiving.
• Assist with documenting and processing damage claims.
• Track open damage claims and follow up.
• Maintain communication between warehouse, delivery teams, and management.
