Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Material Handling Lead to support Distribution Warehouse operations, including forklift handling, loading/unloading, and data entry. The candidate will operate forklifts, manage materials from racks to storage, and ensure accurate counts and paperwork while maintaining safety standards and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of consumer goods warehouse forklift operator experience or distribution warehouse experience.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers following safety guidelines.
• Move goods using forklift, pallets, and wrappers; collect and sort materials.
• Enter data and perform RF scanner transactions; maintain accurate counts and paperwork.
