Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Fort Worth, TX to lead daily warehouse operations, manage a team across shifts, and ensure on-time material availability for production.

You will own inventory accuracy, implement 5S, and oversee ERP/WMS transactions, cycle counts, and safety compliance (OSHA, PIT). This role offers development opportunities and process improvements within a global climate-solutions leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years warehouse, inventory or materials experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years leading, supervising or managing a warehouse or material-handling team.
• 3+ years of ERP/WMS transactions, inventory control and cycle counting.
• 3+ years safety orientation (OSHA, PIT/forklift) and 5S discipline.
• Availability to support a multi-shift operation, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping support.
• Leads, schedules, trains and manages the performance of warehouse team members.
• Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and ERP/WMS transaction discipline.
• Ensures on-time material availability to support the production plan.
• Maintains organized, safe and 5S-compliant storage and staging areas.
• Ensures safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment (OSHA, PIT).
• Drives warehouse productivity, space utilization and process improvements.
• Resolves material discrepancies, damages and flow issues, escalating as needed.
