Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in warehouse or internal logistics operations.
• 2+ years leading others in an operational setting.
• 2+ years ERP/WMS transactions and inventory accuracy.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a shift team of material handlers performing replenishment and material movement.
• Ensures on-time, accurate delivery of materials to the production lines.
• Assigns work, manages staffing coverage, attendance and performance on the shift.
• Owns inventory transaction accuracy and supports cycle counts.
• Enforces safe operation of forklifts, tuggers and material-handling equipment (OSHA, PIT).
• Executes Lean logistics routines (kanban, milk-run) and standard work.
• Escalates material shortages and flow issues and supports rapid problem-solving.
