Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, preferably in food.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in order selection and receiving.
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, routing, inventory control, picking, packing, and staging.
• Ensure all outbound orders are accurate, complete, and ready on time.
