Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (+50°F to -30°F).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff as the visible leader and mentor.
• Coordinate dock operations and pallet flow.
• Ensure safety, food safety compliance, and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse staff and other departments.
• Train, supervise, and address policy violations.
• Use WMS to assign doors, direct tasks, and handle exceptions.
• Support productivity goals and escalate issues as needed.
