Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Lead Team Member in Texas to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the team in safe, accurate, and efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. The role partners with Operations Leadership to promote a positive, accountable culture and drive results.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of leadership in a warehouse, experience with WMS, and forklift operation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and monitor daily warehouse activities to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Train and coach warehouse team members on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance as a subject matter expert to the warehouse team.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Conduct regular audits and address damaged products promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to ensure efficient functions.
