Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead wholesale food commissary operations, ensuring accurate inventory, on-time deliveries, and high standards of safety and efficiency. The role oversees warehouse staff and drivers in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

You will drive continuous improvements, partner with purchasing and operations, and maintain compliance with food safety and OSHA standards while scaling for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or commissary management experience.
• Experience leading warehouse associates and delivery drivers in high-volume food distribution.
• Background in food manufacturing, bakery, commissary, grocery, restaurant distribution, or foodservice logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution.
• Oversee warehouse associates and delivery drivers to ensure timely morning deliveries.
• Coordinate dispatch to ensure trucks leave fully loaded and on schedule.
• Manage inventory with cycle counts, audits, and WMS/ERP.
