Job summary

The Integration Group (TIG) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to blend hands-on warehouse duties with proactive team leadership in Marshalltown, IA. You will help ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time completion while supporting leadership with training and workflow direction.

The role covers core warehouse functions, directs daily tasks, uses WMS and handheld scanners, and drives productivity, quality, and efficiency across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse/distribution/production experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring others preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Perform core warehouse functions: picking, packing, shipping, receiving.
• Provide day-to-day direction to team members.
• Serve as on-floor lead in absence of a Supervisor.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety SOPs and quality standards.
• Use WMS and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate issues to leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and a clean safe workplace.
