Job summary

The Integration Group is seeking a Floor Lead to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will blend hands-on work with team guidance, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time while assisting leadership with training and process improvements.

You will lead a team on the floor, use WMS and handheld scanners to track inventory, and help drive productivity, quality, and efficiency across the operation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in warehouse, distribution, or production.
• Lead or informal leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, safety.
• Experience with WMS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work fast-paced with accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform core warehouse tasks: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory handling.
• Directly supervise team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Act as the primary floor contact in Supervisors' absence.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching new staff.
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet daily goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and SOPs.
• Use WMS and handheld scanners to track inventory and orders.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Identify issues and communicate them to leadership.
• Assist with process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Check equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
• Resolve minor employee concerns and escalate as needed.
