Batesville Casket Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily RDC operations and guide the warehouse team. You will oversee loading/unloading, inventory reconciliation and collaboration with the Customer Service Center to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong LEAN/CI understanding, solid data interpretation, and the ability to manage safety, compliance and performance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Able to train/manage/lead LEAN or CI in logistics
• Intermediate computer skills
• Able to interpret data and generate information
• Root cause analysis with corrective actions
• Basic leadership skills
• Intermediate customer service skills
• Lift/move up to 50 lb frequently and over 100 lb occasionally
• 5+ years in a logistics supervisory role preferred

Responsabilités

• Run day to day RDC operations and lead the warehouse team
• Schedule maintenance for RDC equipment
• Communicate with customers and support staff for service excellence
• Maintain customer base and coordinate with local sales
• Ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA and company policies
• Maintain safety, organization and inventory accuracy
• Supervise employees, interview/train, plan and direct work
• Other duties as assigned
