Job summary

Ships-A‑Lot is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate day-to-day activity in an assigned area such as Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Packing, or Shipping. The role partners with associates and aligns priorities with the Warehouse Supervisor to keep operations safe, accurate, and efficient.

You will perform essential warehouse functions, lead by example, and help resolve issues while ensuring quality and productivity across the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn WMS and tech.
• Identify operational problems and communicate them appropriately.
• Work independently while following procedures.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow within an assigned warehouse area.
• Organize work assignments and communicate daily priorities.
• Monitor workflow for accuracy, efficiency, and schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for questions and operational issues.
• Assist coworkers with processes, equipment, and system questions.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, or inventory issues and report them.
• Ensure procedures and standards are followed.
• Provide feedback to Supervisor on workflow and training needs.
• Lead by example and perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Assist with training new and existing employees.
