Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and monitor staff performance; recommend staffing for all order processing zones.
• Conduct safety inspections and quality assessments of work areas.
• Coordinate workflow within outbound functions to expedite site production.
• Determine work progress and reevaluate staffing needs accordingly.
• Train new employees and coach existing employees.
• Provide goals and expectations to shipping and materials handling staff.
• Review the operation of outbound departments to monitor safety, production, quality, and efficiency.
