Job summary

Accelera in Indiana seeks a Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality output, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless logistics. You will bridge management and the production team, applying Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and safety programs while coordinating maintenance and staff to meet customer demand and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in metal processing or related industrial environments.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficient in Excel and data tracking.
• Experience with safety compliance and logistics coordination.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse and logistics personnel, managing scheduling, performance metrics, and labor efficiency.
• Oversee production workflows, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Implement Lean and 5-S to improve safety, housekeeping, and productivity.
• Coordinate maintenance and preventive schedules to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data and variance reports to optimize efficiency and material use.
• Manage daily staffing assignments and overtime to meet demand and KPIs.
• Foster a positive team environment and support employee development.
