Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Leadman to supervise warehouse operations and maintain order. This hourly, nonexempt role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager and requires adherence to safety methods of work. Overtime may be required to fulfill customer needs.

The Leadman will train new team members, manage will calls and deliveries, and help maintain equipment and stock accuracy. A strong emphasis on teamwork and cross-department communication is essential.

Competenze

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and ensuring safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and plan daily tasks.
• Proven track record of meeting productivity goals and coordinating with other departments.

Mansioni

• Supervise warehouse operations and maintain order in the warehouse.
• Oversee safety and compliance with Safe Methods of Work; report hazards.
• Train new team members on will calls, deliveries, stock checks, and basic computer use.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and ensure routes are clear for loads.
• Coordinate with supervisor/manager to meet customer needs and overtime as required.
