Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Leadman for the 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead a team of warehouse associates.

The ideal candidate will show strong leadership, a solid understanding of warehouse management systems and safety protocols, and a focus on process improvement and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow within a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine tasks.
• Safely meet or exceed minimum productivity levels.
• Plan and organize work independently and in a team.
• Develop knowledge of product and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain inter-department communications on routing, safety, and customer relations.
• Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Responsibilities

• Follow safe methods of work and report unsafe conditions.
• Move steel safely using equipment and secure loads.
• Train new team members on will calls, deliveries, stock checks, and computer use.
• Morning walkthroughs to ensure material safety and clear exits.
• Pull will calls and deliver orders.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Leadman for our 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team of warehouse associates. This role is vital in maintaining seamless loperations, optimizing processes, and overall support of the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems and safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Follow Triple-S safe methods of work at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
• Safely and properly move steel to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand, forklift, overhead crane or other equipment. Attach slings, hooks, or other devices to lift material and guide loads; to climb onto vehicles to tie down and release material being loaded. This is continuous daily activity.
• Train new team members on will calls, deliver orders, check stock, use computers etc.
• Morning walking through the warehouse making sure material is safe on racks and exit doors are not blocked.
• Help check and pull will calls and deliver orders.
• Maintain equipment daily inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to correctly read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Ability to safely meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company.
• Ability to effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; work alone and in a team environment.
• Ability to develop a good working knowledge of product and inventory control techniques and procedures.
• Ability to maintain ongoing inter‑department communications related to routing, safety, and customer relations.
• Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• May be required to demonstrate strong customer relations skills.
