Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain orderly warehouse operations and oversee material handling activities. The role requires walkie rider and reach truck experience, 2–4 years in a warehouse, and strong English communication.

Shifts are available 1st and 2nd, with competitive hourly pay. In addition to duties, the position offers attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus step increases and cert-based premium pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications a plus.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience in a similar role.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
• Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions.
• Package inventory and items for shipment.
• Follow safety policies while using lifting devices; maintain housekeeping.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations; verify orders for accuracy.
• Pick customer orders to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
