RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a warehouse material handler with experience operating walkie riders and reach trucks. The role requires safe loading/unloading, pallet handling, and strong housekeeping within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour with potential bonuses and incentives. Shifts available are 1st and 2nd, with overtime as needed and an employee ownership program supporting career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Reach Truck and Walkie Rider preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient operation.
• Operate Reach Truck and/or Walkie Rider.
• Understand computers and handheld RF equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and trailers safely, including outside carriers.
• Be flexible for 10–12 hour shifts when necessary.
• Pick and move stock from 1 lb to 50 lbs multiple times.
• Ensure shipments are properly staged and loaded.
• Maintain orderly warehouse and good housekeeping.
• Process outbound cross-dock freight as necessary.
• Store stock properly and move to storage racks.
• Use forklift to pick customer orders and load on trailers.
• Verify shipments against paperwork; ensure documentation is complete.
• Operate forklifts safely following OSHA and RJW policies; wear seatbelts.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance inspections.
