Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain warehouse operations, ensure accurate shipping/receiving, and lead safety and team efforts. Candidates should have 2–4 years in warehousing, forklift experience, and proficiency with RF scanners and WMS.

The role offers shifts A-E with pay between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour, plus attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses and an Employee Ownership Program.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanner operation.
• Verify orders and pick customer orders efficiently to minimize shipping costs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per policies and procedures.
• Work with supervisor to support day-to-day warehouse operations.
