Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain a busy warehouse, ensure safe operation of forklifts, and support shipping/receiving activities. The role reports to the shift supervisor and includes leadership of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers 1st and 2nd shift options, $22-$25 per hour, and incentives such as attendance bonuses, referral and hiring bonuses, plus step increases after 90 and 180 days.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Good stable work and attendance record.
• Warehouse certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanner.
• Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for shortages.
• Package inventory and items needing shipment.
• Follow safety policies while using lifting devices.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate.
• Pick customer orders to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
