Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Material Handler Lead to maintain the warehouse area, ensure orders are correctly staged, and supervise safe operation of forklifts and RF scanners. This role reports to the shift supervisor and requires 2-4 years of warehouse experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts with pay of $22-$25/hr, plus attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, as well as step increases after 90 and 180 days.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate WMS and RF scanner; follow lean warehousing practices.
• Pull and stage parts for production; complete requisitions.
• Verify orders and package inventory for shipment.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; lead team on shift.
