Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain warehouse operations, ensure accurate shipments, and supervise forklift and walkie tasks. The role requires experience with WMS, RF scanning, and lean warehousing practices, with hands-on leadership responsibilities.

Compensation includes hourly pay with attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus an Employee Ownership Program to share future success. Must be able to work OT as needed and comply with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment
• Good stable work and attendance record
• Experience operating material handling equipment

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and stage parts and equipment.
• Pull and stage parts for production; complete requisitions for shortages.
• Package inventory and items needing shipment.
• Ensure safety policies while using forklifts and lifting devices.
• Verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Pick customer orders to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
