Capitol Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise a warehouse segment or shift. You will oversee replenishment, training, and coordination of clerks, ensuring safe, accurate operations.

The role requires handling RF receiving, unloading trailers, and supporting order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This full-time on-site position in Caldwell, ID offers weekend work, benefits, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of warehouse distribution procedures.
• Ability to multitask, plan, and forecast production requirements.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential traits.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products.
• Follow safety guidelines and report incidents to the manager.
• Assist with training new employees and organize clerks.
• Coordinate with order selection and receiving teams as needed.
• Unload trailers and receive products using RF scanners.
• Ensure pick areas are ready for incoming orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow policies.
