Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) in The Colony, TX, is hiring a Warehouse Lead to coordinate and direct department workflow and serve as the main contact for the team.

Shifts are 1st shift, 4:00am–1:00pm, with Thursday and Friday off. The role requires 3 years of warehouse experience and 3 years of customer contact, with lead experience preferred. NFM offers a broad benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years warehouse experience
• 3 years customer contact experience
• Lead experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift, push, pull as required

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Ensure staff complete required safety and service trainings
• Assist: Maintain departmental policies, procedures, training materials and communications
• Manage: Track attendance and time off; assign tasks and monitor progress; back-up department manager/supervisor
• Coach: Train staff on equipment, policy updates and process improvements
• Play Your Part: Complete departmental projects and ensure timely completion
• Work Smarter: Ensure equipment is used safely by teammates
• Set the Stage: Build relationships with internal and external customers
