• Must be 18 years of age and able to lift, push, pull weights per dept. rules.
• 3 years warehouse experience and 3 years customer contact experience required.
• Lead experience preferred; training materials and communications proficiency valued.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and scanning equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all department workflow; main contact for the department.
• Ensure safety trainings are completed by staff and maintain procedures.
• Track attendance and time off; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Back-up to department manager when unavailable; coach staff on equipment and policies.
• Complete departmental projects and ensure timely tracking and completion.
• Monitor equipment use to maintain safety; interact with customers and partners.
