Job summary

RXO is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Aurora, CO to drive productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution center. You will coach a team, oversee data entry, inventory control, and equipment use while following safety procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires 4 years of warehouse experience, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Solid leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry and inventory control.
• Assign work and monitor group activities; guide team in safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Coach associates to achieve productivity and quality targets; resolve substandard performance.
