Job summary

RXO is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to drive productivity, coach teammates and uphold safety and accuracy in daily operations. You will manage data entry, inventory levels, tool availability, and scheduling while guiding a team to meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality and teamwork.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership are essential, as you mentor 2-5 teammates across varied shifts, helping to optimize processes and ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assign work and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance
• Process PM Roadie returns
• Audit Scan PM Roadie returns
