Job summary

DP World in Kuna, ID is seeking an experienced L3 Warehouse Lead to plan, direct and coordinate operations at the facility. You will have authority to change, develop and expand the organization and will lead the team to meet production goals and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include ensuring procedures are documented, monitoring KPI and quality metrics, providing backup to the Supervisor, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow.

• Proven ability to drive KPIs and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Monitor daily KPIs, quality metrics, and productivity metrics to ensure timely completion.
• Provide backup and support to the Supervisor in periods of absence.
• Liaise with other operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting clear expectations and guiding the warehouse team.
