Job summary

DP World, based in Kuna, Idaho, is seeking an experienced L3: Warehouse Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate warehouse operations at the facility. This role offers authority to change and expand the organization and requires leadership to drive production goals and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have an HS Diploma or GED, prior lead experience in a logistics or manufacturing setting, and forklift operation skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Experience in a Lead role within logistics or manufacturing.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, and productivity.
• Provide backup to Supervisor and represent them when needed.
• Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide leadership to staff, set expectations, and participate in warehouse operations.
• Work schedule to meet production goals and KPIs; schedule may fluctuate.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Role

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.
