Job summary

DP World in West Jordan, Utah is seeking a Warehouse Lead (L3) to drive efficient operations, lead a team, and ensure KPI targets are met. The role supports the Supervisor and collaborates with multiple departments to maintain smooth workflows and maximize productivity.

The ideal candidate will have prior lead experience in logistics or manufacturing, as well as forklift familiarity, and will be committed to upholding DP World’s safety and quality standards in a dynamic warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model.
