Job summary

DP World in Mesa, AZ is seeking an L3: Warehouse Lead to help manage daily operations, ensure procedures are followed, and drive performance toward production goals.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, coordinate cross‑department workflow, and back up the supervisor as needed. The role requires a HS diploma, prior lead and forklift experience, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
• Other duties as assigned.
