Qualifications

• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Monitor daily KPIs, Quality Metrics, and productivity metrics.
• Provide back up to the Supervisor during absence.
• Liaise with all operational departments to maximise workflow and synergy.
• Lead staff by setting clear expectations and supervising warehouse activities.
• Schedule may fluctuate to meet production goals and KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.
