Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Lead role within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are followed.
• Monitor daily KPI, quality metrics, and productivity with accurate records.
• Provide back-up to the Supervisor and represent them during absences.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
• Lead staff by setting clear expectations and modeling best practices.
• Meet production goals; schedules may fluctuate to support business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
