Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Indiana to coach and train warehouse associates, including forklift operators. You will support daily tasks, conduct PIT training, ensure safety, and back up supervision as needed in a dynamic 3PL environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and process adherence across receiving, shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse functions. A background in distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/distribution operations.
• 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and handle shipments per SOPs.
