Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to support field operations at an on-site facility in the United States. The role involves coaching junior workers, operating a forklift, and ensuring accurate receipt, packing, and shipping of products.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and attention to detail, with additional Spanish language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
