Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Lead Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas. You will supervise warehouse activities, coach teammates, operate a forklift, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while maintaining safety standards.

This on-site role emphasizes leadership, hands-on logistics, and the ability to adapt to varied environments as the business continues to grow and serve construction professionals across North America.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience leading junior warehouse associates.
• Strong forklift operation and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
