Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Lead Warehouse Associate in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will coach junior staff, safely operate a forklift, and manage order processing in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
