Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate I in Conroe, TX. This role supports the company’s mission to build America by safely handling merchandise, performing receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, with potential yard work and physical duties.

The position requires up to 2 years in related duties, forklift experience, and familiarity with hand and power tools. English/Spanish communication is a plus in a diverse warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
