Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our on-site warehouse team in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on coaching staff, achieving performance goals, and maintaining a safe work environment to support our construction supply operations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in warehousing or related leadership roles, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth and stability with White Cap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Leadership experience is desirable.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand 60 minutes or more.
• May act as a manager and perform other duties as assigned.
