Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate to join our fastest delivery operation at the Oklahoma City metro site. This role requires open availability seven days a week, and flexibility to work at various sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site.

You will support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team, manage operational processes, safety, quality, and delivery promises, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and delivery promises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide training and identify training needs.
• Assist in onboarding and ensure proper product workflow and inventory.
