Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the team at the site.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and delivery promises per Regional Area Manager guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training on systems, equipment, and processes; identify training needs.
• Give feedback to improve processes, deploy labor, and ensure proper breaks for staff.
• Receive truck deliveries and manage product workflow from receiving to delivery.
