Job summary

Amazon in the Oklahoma City metro area is seeking a Lead Associate who will be at the core of our fastest delivery operation. This role requires open availability seven days a week and flexibility to work at various sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site as needed to delight customers.

You'll work in a retail warehouse environment with equipment and product handling, maintaining safety, and collaborating with delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace
• Provide ongoing training in areas including system and equipment knowledge, quality training, general operations
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and customer service
• Receive truck deliveries
• Participate in associate onboarding
• Ensure consistent execution of product workflow processes and guide associates as needed
• Perform front-line duties when necessary
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations
